StellarIsLove provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.

2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase.

However, by accessing the service or using any tokens, you expressly request immediate performance of digital services and acknowledge that your right to withdraw may be lost once digital performance begins.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are eligible if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days
  • No tokens have been used
  • No reports or outputs have been generated

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not granted if:

  • Any token has been used
  • Any report or output has been accessed
  • The 14-day period has expired
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • A chargeback is initiated without contacting support first

  • Technical errors preventing delivery
